Dear moderator,

Like i've seen some posts before, i'm not able to use the rewards in game. Even though they are unlocked in the rewards section of Ubisoft Connect.

Can you please help me? (:

Hello everyone!

We are aware of this issue, it has been ongoing for some time now.

I'm happy to say we hope to have a fix implemented very soon! There is no ETA at this time, however we will let players know once the fix is ready.

Hello!

This particular issue has been occurring since October 2020 as that is when we migrated from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect.

I appreciate it is frustrating and I'm sorry you're also facing it. It was originally difficult to troubleshoot as we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves, the migration worked fully.

Once the issue had been found, it then took some time to develop. We look forward to notifying players once the fix has been distributed.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact date for the 9.3 Title Update at this time

In the meantime, please keep an eye on the Anno Union; https://www.anno-union.com/en/ where Patch Notes / Updates are posted

Of course, should we hear about a scheduled date, we'll update the thread with that information
