[2021] FPS drop when having selected any of the buildings/ships/etc in a big city.

I am using DX12. Meantime I´ve found out that going back to the Nvidia drivers 457.51 AND activating Vsync in the game NOT with Nvidia Inspector has fixed this odd issue. It´s muuuuch better now. There is like tiny FPS drop when jhaving selected some building but it´s waaaaay better and smoooth. Also the whole performance has improvved...
