Is it the Store Tab in Ubisoft Connect you're having issues with?
If so, you can also make purchases at the Ubisoft Store website.
Regarding the Complete Edition - No, I'm afraid there are no discounts applied based on content you already own.

Thank you for this feedback @Xoulous I apologize we are unable to give discounts for content that you already own.
If your store tab remains empty, this could be an issue if you use another operating system other than Windows 10 or 11.
This may also be empty if you own the game through Steam or Epic.
If the store tab remains empty, I recommend deleting your temporary internet cache files in Ubisoft Connect to see if this will fix the connection >
