So I've logged tickets twice for this and have made the rounds with support asking me to verify game cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, running a registry cleaner, deleting random files, and turning off startup programs. I haven't posted on the forums yet.
Here is my situation:
I have been having issues with getting the quests necessary for completion of the Propaganda of the Deed achievement (from Anarchist DLC). In all of my games thus far (three), I keep running into the issue where I stop getting missions/events from Anarchist Defectors who (allegedly) also are the ones who end up triggering the Anarchist Resident quest/ultimatums necessary for the achievement. In my oldest/longest save of 314 hours, I have only ever been able to get 12/20 for the achievement, and I have gone hundreds of hours now without getting a single Anarchist Resident Quest. Are there certain triggers that would prevent this quests from popping up again, or is there a bug?Presumably it's a bug. I know not everyone has this problem, but there are those that do. Including myself. At one pint or another, I have definitely met all of the recommended conditions that other players have suggested and it has been literally hundreds of hours since the last time I got a Defector/Resident quest.
One user in this thread (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...da-of-the-deed) seems to have found the related quest triggers, but maybe there's another condition to them that is broken? Conditions below:
110932 -> Anarchist Quest Pool (RQ_Anarchist_Pool). This is needed 20 times to get the Achievement.
This quest pool is unlocked at 300 Workers. It has a quest cooldown of 25 hours!? - So I think that if you reject it once, you have to wait that many game hours to get it again? Cause it can't be the regular cooldown
111252 -> Trigger Deserter Spawning
The actual request quest 111260 (Quest Mercier Deserter Request) has a delay of 90 mins
If the request is completed with:
* success -> rerolls 112142 after 31 mins
* failure -> goes back to the 111252 (deserter spawning)
All I would really like is for someone to acknowledge that this is/will be looked into, because logging tickets really hasn't gotten me anywhere.
