[2021] BUG - Unable to start "The City of Greed - Jorvik"

Can I just check, are you able to travel to Jorvik on a mount (despite being unable to select the area via the map), travel to the Jorvik docks where you will be automatically given a quest to search for Ljufvina, which will begin The City of Greed quest arc?

No worries @macken723, I believe we will need to open an investigation into this to understand why you are being prevented from starting this Arc.

Are your affected save files accessible to us, have you uploaded any of them to the cloud for us to be able to download?

Can I also ask you, what were the last 3 quests you completed in-game? If you can upload a screenshot of your completed quests in your menu, this will be a great help to us also.

Can you let us know if you've tried pledging to Jorvik by speaking to Randvi? You'll need to hover over the city on the map to select it.

If you're unable to pledge to Jorvik, can you please send us a video that shows you interacting with Randvi to view the Alliance Map, and that you are unable to select Jorvik to pledge to.

I would recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link to the video within this thread.

In the video, I can see Jorvik briefly highlight before you move the cursor over Eurvicscire (around 0.20, if you'd like to check yourself), and you briefly have the option to pledge before you move the cursor away. Please note that Jorvik and Eurvicscire are different regions. You won't be able to pledge to Eurvicscire before you've completed Jorvik.

Can you please hover over the white viking figure for a few seconds to see if this area highlights again and allows you to pledge? You may need to stay over the figure for brief time to give the pledge box time to load.

Thanks for the update, @Macken723, and you're welcome! I'm glad to hear that you're able to successfully pledge to Jorvik I know that both Jorvik and Wincestre can be a little fiddly to highlight, so please don't feel too embarrassed
