Hello. I want to ask: What is your experience with ubisoft support ? I wrote them a ticket about my problem on 24.12 but they did not respond yet :( What is the usual response time these days ?

My problem is that in 19.11.2019 i purchased Anno 1800 from other site. I activated the game via a cd key. On 24.12 i wanted to buy Anno for my friend. So i clicked "buy" in ubisoft store - fill up some credit card info and paid for game. Money goes away from me and... no key or option to send game as a gift appeared. But i recieved an confirmation email about purchase. So i think that my Anno 1800 reseller copywas overwritten by this new copy. Basically I paid twice for one game copy. I wrote ticket with all proofs containing pictures about both purchases. Now im waiting for their response :( I hope they will send me a new copy or return my money.

I have reviewed your ticket and processed the refund, so you should receive your funds within the next 5-7 working days. I have also sent you email with this in case if you miss the update on your thread .
