The quest cannot continue due to that bug. I shared the known issues but not any related that I created this post for problem-solving.
*The exact quest name: Wolves in Alpaca's Clothing, where seasons one to three were encountered.
*The exact steps you took in-game, before the issue appeared: The island was developed before that mission.
*A screenshot of the issue: The mission under guestbook that there are 0/0 Pyrrhonians noted at Journey. And also, there are none of the related objects that can be found on the island (La Isla).
