Hello everyone!
This only started happening after the update, but if I leave the game on the title screen or load into a save and start playing - like clockwork, the game crashes to desktop.
Nothing shows in Event Logs, all drivers are fine, etc. It just crashes to desktop as if I had exited the game normally - no messages popup. I have also verified game files.

Should issue continue to persist, first, in order to troubleshoot it, give the following steps a go first (leave out verifying your game files since you've done this already) and see if it helps.

Can you make sure to follow the steps Ubi-Karl has outlined, too. They're in our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
In this case, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a DxDiag.txt and an MsInfo.txt. The article I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.
Once you have those files, you can reach out to us at any of the links below, to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.
