Sometimes I wanna take some time to enjoy watching my city without worrying about everything. But the default option of leaving the game is a "save and leave". Is it even possible to exit the game without saving it? Thank you!

Hello him_1537,

Welcome to the forums! Thanks for reaching out! P0PPYTAT is correct, and offers a great suggestion as well to create a duplicate save and use that dupe save to enjoy your city and then exit.

You may also be able to try and end the game via task manager. I am not sure if that would cause a "crash" or not and force it to not save.

Hey him_1537, just to add to what what everyone else has already posted, the best way to observe your city without causing any issues would be to create a duplicate save and use that for observing what you have created.

You can force close the game through Task Manager, which would cause the game to not save, but please be careful when doing this, as I can not guarantee it would never corrupt a save file. Better safe then sorry!
