Hi,
I already had anno 1800 through ubisoft. I bought the season pack 2 and installed it through Ubisoft.
When I open the game, it says that I own the DLC"s of season pack 2 but I cannot play them. The game asks to activate the DLC"s, but for this I need an activation code. I did not receive an activation code in my email. Only the invoice of the purchase.
Does anyone have the same issue and knows have to resolve it.
