Oh, wait... it's "International Day for Disaster Reduction", hmmm, close enough - well, then build some more fire stations!

@RobertB67965898 You don't need to finish a game (if one can even "finish" Anno), but can access this screen by clicking on your profile in the top left corner (in-game) and selecting the "Highscore" tab :)

Game Update 12 added a Highscore Screen - did you already take a look?

@lamiosa From what we read, there seems to be a mod which causes this specific issue (City Ornaments, I believe). Try disabling it and check if the issue is resolved.
The creator of the mod may also release an update in the future to address this.
