There'll be a maintenance of the online services for Anno 1800 and the Anno History Editions tomorrow, July 2nd.

@MisterEpicGamer Sorry to hear this didn't solve your problem. If the game isn't blocked by your firewall, please try deactivating background programs which aren't needed to rule out software conflicts.

There are currently no plans to add such an option.

Good news- this issue should now be resolved, and your bonus content from the History Edition games should be accessible within #Anno1800 .
