I have to admit, I was not initially sucked into @Outriders during the demo, but holy cow this game is amazing. Absolutely loving it.

Playing as a Trickster now, but I genuinely want to have a build for all classes.

I, for one, am ready. 🦾

If I had a time machine, the first thing I would do is go back in the past and tell my past self to stop saving the retail box to my stuff.

Once in my earlier 20s i was fired instantly after failing to report a 10 minute absence after lunch on a friday, before a long weekend, after getting splashed by a car. well look at me now.

I’m also in conversations with @AeterRific , he’s helping me identify other areas I messed up.....like the slicing of the point 🤦‍♂️

Things to get better at for next time:
1. Tighter wrap with paper
2. Get a bit higher in temp to 205 (I pulled at 196 and let rest an hour)
3. Full hickory smoke pellets for stronger flavor

Well, didn’t turn out as I was hoping, but not ruined either. A bit dry and tough, not as much smokey flavor as I expected, but still fairly good. Learning a lot and can only get better!

Wrapped and now we wait to hit around 195 internal temp for the next step.

Temps at 155 and has been for almost 2 hours, definitely at the stall! Opened just once to spritz.

Cooking my first brisket! Should be done in 10-12 hours 😁
