Did your new headphones include any sort of audio management software for balancing levels or adding effects?

I don't think there's an option to swap the left and right audio channel in Apex Legends itself. I'm also not aware of an option like that existing in Windows either. You may be able to download a third party audio management program that would allow you to swap the left and right channel, though.
