[2020] Ban, no reason, money spent, ea doesn't care.

I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to decide if the ban could be overturned. 

I can only suggest following up with them to see if they can review the account again. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to assist with this here.
