If you are unable to answer the questions they're asking, they won't be able to recover the account for you. The best I can advise is to do your best to recall the answers to the questions they're asking.

If they are asking you questions about the history of your account, you'll need to answer them so they can verify ownership. There is nothing we can do to help with this over Answers HQ, unfortunately.
