If you're still getting this same error after resetting the EA Account password it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up the account and take a look. 


For more info on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well if you prefer.

Did you try resetting your EA Account password using the steps in my previous post? If not, please give that a shot when you can. It can often help out with the "invalid account" error. 

 

If it's still giving you the same error after setting a new password please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to help fix this for you. The links in my post above have more details on how to get in touch with them.
