Hey @ssuseminia,
If you've recently unlinked any other platforms from your EA Account this may result in a loss of progress.
In that case you'd simply need to re-link the same platform to restore your progress.
This is not something we're able to do via the forums, but if you're running into issues doing so please be sure to reach out to support directly so they can take a look over the account.
