Can we try running through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can help with the errors you've been getting? 


When you've got the chance please start off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if that helps. If you're still seeing any disconnections after that please check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

If the steps I linked above didn't help, there are some PC-specific steps that might fix the error as well.

Hey @xRECKNINx

 

It looks like a lot of the hops on the UO Trace were timing out, which can point to issues with closed ports. Have you checked to make sure all the proper ports for Apex Legends are open on your network? You can find a list of the ports over at the EA Help website

Thanks for reaching out to us. I know these errors can be very frustrating. I'd like to go through some troubleshooting to see if we can find out what's going on. You mention switching to a wired connection and having it work for a week. Are you still on a wired connection or did you go back to wireless?

 

Also, have you tried using alternate DNS settings? It looks like you play on PS4. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

I also get a "code net" every game. It also happens in the lobbies. I use my phones hotspot. But i know it isnt a internet issue since i should have 50mbps of speed. Please help me.


Most likely, this is due to playing over a hotspot. Can you switch to your home network? Preferably, wired. Lag and disconnects will happen far more frequently over wireless connections and hotspots.
