Sorry to hear those ended up on your Switch account instead of the one you'd been hoping to actually use.
When Prime Gaming content is claimed and you have multiple different platforms linked to your EA Account, I'm afraid that will show up on the first platform you sign into.
This is not something we're able to transfer to a different account than where it was claimed unfortunately.
That said, while we currently do not have any additional details on how cross-progression will work, that is something the developers are still aiming to bring to Apex later this year. This is not something we can guarantee will be possible, but I would definitely keep an eye out for more details once that feature arrives to see if that may get all your skins into the same place.
Aside from that I would definitely suggest updating your login information if necessary, or keeping it separate and secure so that no one else will be able to sign into anything linked to your account that may cause issues like this in the future.
