As far as the coins themselves, if you still haven't received coins you'll need to continue speaking with support. We cannot make any changes to your account directly on the forums, which would include adding any missing coins.

Please be sure you have these screenshots available when reaching out, but otherwise you'll need to get back in touch with support so they can continue looking into this with you.
