Generally if you continue seeing a message prompting you to reset your password, it means your console account is already linked to an older EA Account.
That older EA Account is the one that would need to have a password reset completed for this to clear up.
If you no longer have access to the original account or just aren't having any luck with that process, we'll need an advisor to take a look at the account with you to help get that straightened out. This won't be something we can do on the forums as these are public boards and private account info will need to be verified to make any changes.
You should be able to create a case here to get started, or if you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead. These links should take you to the active accounts that both help players on a daily basis.
