Unfortunately, we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute to try and get your account unbanned, you can contact our Terms of Service team by following the steps from this help ea article:

The only way to dispute the ban is to talk to our Terms of Service team. If the Terms of Service team has already reviewed your dispute multiple times and determined that the actions taken were correct, then I'm afraid the ban is there to stay.

It looks like this thread has gotten a bit off track, For any account that has a Ban/Sanction applied by our TOS team will need to contact them in order to dispute it.
If you have already contacted them and are waiting for a reply we would need to keep an eye on your email for any communication. If you have already heard back and the team confirmed the ban was applied correctly we would be unable to dispute it here on the Answers HQ forums.
