It looks like this thread has gotten a bit off track, For any account that has a Ban/Sanction applied by our TOS team will need to contact them in order to dispute it.
If you have already contacted them and are waiting for a reply we would need to keep an eye on your email for any communication. If you have already heard back and the team confirmed the ban was applied correctly we would be unable to dispute it here on the Answers HQ forums.
