[2021] Apex Legends account banned for no reason.

If an account has been banned, this can only be reviewed by the Terms of Service team. I'm afraid that's not something we can look into or change via the forums.

We'd only be able to look into this at the request of the account holder, so your brother would need to appeal this with these steps. That's not something you can do on his behalf, sorry.

If he's appealed this once already he is more than welcome to submit a new appeal and another member of the ToS team will take a look at the situation for him.
