You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Naglife.

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Hey @Mortaug27,

While I can understand you disagree with the results of those investigations, you have not been receiving automated responses.

Each of your appeals was reviewed by a different member of our Terms of Service team, who independently went through our records to verify the action that was taken.

While certain replies may use a template, all these investigations were carried out manually by our ToS team. You'll see some standardized replies to ensure that the communications are consistent for those that find themselves in a specific situation, but that's not at all indicative that the situation wasn't extensively reviewed for you multiple times.

Ultimately these decisions are based on what can be verified in our records, so if the Terms of Service team has not found sufficient evidence to remove an action after multiple reviews, that's not something we'll be able to change or further speak to on the forums either, sorry.

@Mortaug27

Just to be clear, this is not guesswork on the part of our ToS team. Our team is able to see what triggered a ban, though I'm afraid that's not information they're able to provide as it can help individuals that try to get around our detection methods.

As a result we wouldn't be able to share any specific program names, though actions of this nature would be due to a violation of the Rules of Conduct which can be found here: https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC#section6

If you're not sure what may have caused this, I'd check through any programs you've used or had running that may violate those terms, or whether anyone else may have accessed your system and installed anything along those lines.

Sorry to say it's unfortunately not a situation where we can provide more information than was provided in the initial email otherwise. Mako.png
