[2021] Help. They blocked me because I'm a cheater, although this is not quite true.

Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.

 

Once a decision is made by our TOS team, there is no way to reverse this decision either here on the forums or by support. If you have further questions about bans on your account please check out our help articles below.
