Hey @CeVaa12,

If you believe an action was taken on your account incorrectly, you'll want to start by appealing that with our Terms of Service team.

The link below will help you get an appeal started:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

After you've submitted an appeal, please keep an eye on your email and case history page for any updates from the team.

If you're currently using an AMD GPU, I would also keep an eye out on this thread for further updates.

Hey @wraitherQ8,

I'm afraid we cannot review or change any account bans or suspensions via the forums.

If you believe an action was taken on your account incorrectly, you'll need to file an appeal with our Terms of Service team using these steps

If they've reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, that would be final and not something we'll be able to change here either.

Hey @wraitherQ8,

Watching a video on Twitch really doesn't show what your computer may or may not have been running, nor does it mean there wasn't an action for something from a different day or play session. This really wouldn't be something we could use as evidence one way or the other, I'm afraid.

More importantly, please note again that we cannot review these actions on the forums. The Terms of Service team handling the appeals would be relying on what can be verified with our own records of the situation and not simply basing this on a video or reports from other players.

You're welcome to submit an additional appeal to have a different member of the ToS team review the situation, but if it's reached the point where they've said no further appeals will be considered, that will be final and not something we can change here either.
