I'd like to try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the matchmaking issues you've been seeing. 

 

Let's start with some connectivity troubleshooting steps. When you have a chance please run through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If it's still happening after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know how it goes when you can.

When you have a chance could you try updating the DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this as well. 

 

To update the DNS on your Xbox follow the steps below: 

 

1. Open the Settings on your Xbox and choose Network 

2. Select Advanced Settings, then choose DNS Settings

3. Choose Manual

4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there is a different public DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
