I'm afraid we're unable to address these types of issues on the forums directly, sorry.

 

If you've reached out via email and this still hasn't been fixed up, I'd recommend trying to use the live chat or phone callback channels instead if those are available.

 

That availability may change depending on your location and current time as well as the categories you select when creating a case, so making sure you use an option such as Orders  | Order not received would be the best bet for this particular situation.

 

Alternatively if you'd prefer you can also speak with support over Twitter or Facebook rather than that email option.

Sorry to hear that's been such a hassle @Iwanaburstepdad.

 

I see you've opened a number of different email cases, however this can delay replies especially if there's any missing information that needs to be verified before the advisors can continue to help out with this.

 

I do see you had one live chat that was working to get these proof of purchase screenshots uploaded and verified, so I would recommend heading back to your cases page here to try resuming that particular case instead of opening new ones. 

 

The case where you were previously chatting with an advisor should be the one marked Waiting on Player, so I would try resuming that one if possible.

 

Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if that is easier. They'll need to verify the screenshots from my earlier link regardless of the contact method, so please be sure you have those handy to avoid any further delays, thanks!

That may not be letting you open additional cases at this point due to the number of new cases that have been created recently.

 

The support team should reach out through one of the new cases you've created and will likely close the rest to keep the communication in one place.

 

At that point you should be able to continue the discussion through whichever case they reply to first, or resume the earlier chat. 

 

For now it's essentially a matter of waiting to hear back on one of those open cases, or try using Twitter or Facebook if those are options for you.
