Are you able to screenshot the message you receive that says you have been banned? Is there any particular error code associated with this ban message?

Typically we are unable to discuss bans openly across the forum and will ask you to contact us privately instead through one of our support channels.

I'm very sorry, but we can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. The article here has more information on bans as well as instructions for submitting a dispute. It sounds like you've already done that, but you can dispute the ban up to 3 times.
