Thanks for including that DxDiag file!
Taking a look through the errors showing up there I am seeing a number of Windows errors and some additional program or process crashes. Addressing those may help out, so let's try a couple other steps here.
If you haven't already done so, running the System File Checker tool should help check and repair any corrupted system files that may be contributing to an issue.
There are a number of specific programs and processes showing crashes as well, so checking that these are up to date or temporarily uninstalling them to see if there's a change may be useful. Those include:
- LG Driver Installer Application
- Revolution Software 3 (looks to be controller software)
- vgtray.exe (appears to be the program Vanguard Tray)
Trying a clean boot of your system may help determine whether this is due to a specific program or process, but I'd definitely suggest updating or removing the above programs as needed and then running that SFC tool afterwards.
