When you've got a chance please reach out to EA Help so they can take a look at your account. They should be able to figure out what happened with those Apex Coins.

Since this is a really old thread that hasn't been updated in a long time, I'm going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting.
I'm afraid that refunds are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I can only suggest contacting the EA Help team to see if a refund is possible. If they are unable to refund the purchase it just may not be something they're able to do in some cases.
