[2022] Game freezing upon starting/after main menu

Do you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports on your Series X?

Can you unplug it and see if you're able to load Apex correctly?

I don't know that you need to send your console in for service. Is this the only game that happens with? Also, is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?

If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know, but it sounds like this might be related to the other crashing issues you're having. Thankfully, MS has always had a quick turnaround time for me when sending in hardware for repair. Hopefully, you'll have the same experience. Can you let me know know what happens?
