Beyond the password reset, I would definitely suggest going through these security steps to make sure no one else may still have access to the account. 

Once you've done that please reach out to support directly here so they can help re-secure the account on this end as well.

They should be able to help get this sent up to our Terms of Service team for review after that point, but if you've already re-secured everything you can contact the ToS team with these steps to create the appeal yourself as well.
