The website shows specific types of account actions, but not all in-game bans or suspensions will be reflected there, sorry for any confusion.
I'd definitely suggest going through these steps just to be sure the account is secure and that no one else may have access to it.
After that point please reach out to our Terms of Service team by creating an appeal and they'll be able to review this situation for you.
This is not something we can investigate via the forums, but as soon as the ToS team finishes checking into this again they'll contact you via email.
