[2021] Banned for cheating, despite never having played.

Sorry for any confusion on this one. I'm showing an email was sent out a few days ago that goes through a couple steps you'll need to take before you can get back into the account.

 

Can you check your email again including any junk/trash/spam folders to make sure this didn't get caught there?

 

It looks like the ban was already removed, so you'll just need to follow up on the steps in that email to log back in.

That sounds like the email I was seeing on this end as well.

 

Can you try fully restarting Origin one more time and let me know if things are cleared up for you now?
