In terms of the reason for a ban, you should have an email sent to the registered email address of your EA Account that contains some basic information about any account action that was taken. Beyond that I'm afraid we're not able to provide any information or review a ban on the forums, so you'll want to reach out to our Terms of Service team to have this looked into further.
