Hey @zRoyaltYx Does this only happen with your brother on the same network or with other friends on other networks? Also, can you try the steps here (port forwarding, check NAT, etc)

@zRoyaltYx For your home network could you try setting up a static IP address and seeing if this continues? Also, to check you and your brother are not using the same EA Account correct? Illium.png

@zRoyaltYx  Thank you for testing out the static IP, did you get both error messages after a day or just one of them? (if so, which one) Also, if possible can you share a UOTrace with us, please note you will need a windows pc to run it?

@zRoyaltYx Thank you for sharing this, to confirm was this from your device or your brothers? Both do show packets loss and some high ping times, to check were you already able to try port forwarding or the static IP? Illium.png

We should try some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop these errors you've been getting. First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes.
