It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication there, as there certainly aren't 30 pieces of proof required to assist with a situation like this.

The link above shows the specific 3 - 4 screenshots that are needed, however you would need to speak with support regarding any alternatives as this is not something we can look into on the forums. Mako.png
