In some cases coins can take up to 24 hours to arrive on the account, though it definitely sounds like it's been a bit longer in your case here.

Which options are you selecting when creating a case? The available contact methods can vary slightly depending on your location and the time, but chat should typically be an option in addition to email.

Currently I'm showing that is available when creating a case and selecting the options: Apex Legends | Xbox Series X | Orders | Order not received, so it may be worth checking whether you're creating a case with those or different selections.
