Account bans aren't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team will need to take a look at your account and decide of the ban can be reversed. When you have a chance please reach out to them so they can review your account.
You can find more information on how to set up a case with them on the EA Help website. Once they have been able to complete the investigation they will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.
