As the email contact you mentioned did not seem to get this fixed up for you, I'd recommend you reach back out to support using the chat option instead if that's available. The contact options may vary depending on your location and the time, but typically selecting Apex Legends | [Platform] | Orders | Order not received should give you that option.
Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead as well. Please be sure to have these screenshots available for whichever contact method you choose and they'll be able to help get things sorted from that point, thanks!
