Thanks for the report. I'm very sorry, but we're not able to verify missing content through Answers HQ. If a bug is found and we have an update on this, an announcement will be made on our official channels.

From the limited amount I can see here, the only shards this account received were the ones used to redeem the Wraith heirloom you mentioned, about two weeks ago.

 

If you received more some time after that point, you'll want to reach out to support directly so they can check into this further.

 

You can open a new case using the steps on the EA Help website to get in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look.   Mako.png
