[2021] Getting banned for no reason at all. With proof

We do not accept videos as proof I'm afraid, as the Terms of Service team makes those decisions based on what can be verified in our own records.

 

Keep in mind that simply having video of the game where the ban appeared doesn't mean the behavior leading to the ban occurred that same game. In many cases that behavior may take place in previous games or days and the penalty will follow after being investigated further, so a video really wouldn't show us much in that regard.

 

That said, you're more than welcome to submit another appeal and our TOS team will look through all the records again to see what happened and whether they're able to remove that action for you. That is not something we're able to do via the forums.
