Hey @Kevinsk1r,

 

I see you've mentioned trying multiple servers, but what is the location you normally use? Do you use a VPN or proxy at all?

 

GIven the other steps you've already tried, I would definitely suggest going through this post to see if the additional troubleshooting makes any difference for you. 

 

In particular I would try the steps to flush and/or change your DNS to see if that helps out.

Right @Kevinsk1r, I was just making sure you weren't using a VPN separately, thanks for clarifying.

 

Which location do you normally connect to on the initial login screen?

 

As you're mentioning not even seeing Control again (it is back for the current event) or loading the store, this is sounding like you may be stuck on an older version of the client perhaps.

 

I'd try clearing your cache with these steps to see if that picks up any additional updates that may have been missed earlier.

 

That has steps for both Origin and the EA app, though if those don't do the trick the next thing to try would be that full reinstallation. In Origin you're able to right-click the game tile to run the repair tool, though this isn't available in the EA app currently and you're left with the full uninstall/reinstall at the moment.
