I'm sorry, but missing coins are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to take a look at your account in order to help out with that.
When you've got the chance try creating another case with them over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble getting a chat, try changing your location by clicking the flag icon up at the top of the page. I've seen cases where setting a different location has allowed the chat to go through.
If you'd like you could also speak with them via Facebook or Twitter as well. The team who works on those channels should also be able to help out with this.
