I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If the TOS team reviewed your account and determined the ban would not be overturned, then unfortunately that means the account will not be reactivated.

It sounds like your EA Account was most likely already banned for another reason outside of Apex Legends. Unfortunately it's not something we would be able to look into ourselves here on Answers HQ.
Your best bet would be reaching out to the Terms of Service team so they can investigate. They'll review your account and determine if the ban can be lifted. For more information on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. The team will get back to you via email as soon as they can.
