Account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Please reach out to the Terms of Service team when you have a chance so they can take a look. They'll need to review your account and see if that ban can be overturned.

If you've already submitted a case to the TOS team that's all you need to do right now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

You can find more details on how to set up a case with the phone support team over at the EA Help website. Keep in mind, they will also most likely have to defer this to the Terms of Service team as well.

Account bans are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team needs to review the account and determine if a ban can be overturned. If your account has been banned you will need to contact them so they can take a look.

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I can only recommend reaching out to the Terms of Service team so they can review the account and determine if the ban can be lifted.

I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service, they aim to send one out when a sanctions applied. This article might also help, it shares more about Apex and the rules: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends".
