[2020] Account Banned

Account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. If you've already submitted a case to the TOS team that's all you need to do right now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

You can find more details on how to set up a case with the phone support team over at the EA Help website. Keep in mind, they will also most likely have to defer this to the Terms of Service team as well.

Please get in touch with the Terms of Service team when you've got the chance. They'll need to review the account and determine if that ban could be overturned. That isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ.

I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service, they aim to send one out when a sanctions applied. This article might also help, it shares more about Apex and the rules: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends".
