A few times when i going to incursion (any) then the game just shutting down without any error message or warning. can you help me with it? i verified the files but that doesn't change. sooner or later this happen again. it happens on pc

Are you also playing on PC? If so, what happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Apex Legends? Does the game still crash? You can find more information on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website.
If you're still running into crashes after trying a Clean Boot would you mind posting a DxDiag so we can take a look. You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help site. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

Hi @humanpala I'm sorry to hear that the game is closing down whilst playing.
Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.
Please confirm if this resolves the issue.
