I can’t get past the tutorial I keep getting error codes.
These are the codes I’ve gotten over a half hour trying to get past the tutorial.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
You shouldn't have to keep deleting/installing to play. Let's see if we can get this fixed. Try restoring the licenses with the steps here. Also, try rebuilding your database with these instructions. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, is UPnP enabled on your router?

Sorry to hear you've encountered multiple errors while playing
I cannot see a reply to your post so if there was a reply here I think it must have been deleted.
The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.
